ALEXANDER SLADKOVSKY  

   Sladkovsky Alexander Vitalyevich (born in 1965) - people's artist of Russia, artistic Director and chief conductor of the state Symphony orchestra of the Republic of Tatarstan. He was the chief conductor of the Symphony orchestra of the state academic Chapel of St. Petersburg. He assisted M. Jansons and M. Rostropovich. From 2006 to 2010, he was a conductor of the state Symphony orchestra "New Russia" under the baton. State Symphony orchestra of the Republic of Tatarstan under the direction of Sladkovsky is the first Russian regional band recorded on TV channels Medici.tv and Mezzo. In 2016, for the first time in its history, the orchestra gave concerts as part of the European tour in Brucknerhaus (Linz) and in the Golden hall of the musical Theatre (Vienna).
   The orchestras under the direction of Alexander Sladkovsky took part in many major international and Federal projects and festivals. He is the founder and artistic Director of seven music festivals: "Rakhlin seasons", "White autumn", "Kazan autumn", "Concordia", "Denis Matsuev with friends", "creative discovery", "Miras". In 2012 he made a recording of "Anthology of music by composers of Tatarstan" and the album "Enlightenment" on the labels Sony Music and RCA Red Seal Records. A.
